Topographical and Measured Building Surveys
Backed by over 30 years experience in Land Surveying, AIT Spatial Ltd is qualified to undertake Topographical and Measured Building Surveys.
All surveys are carried out in accordance with the RICS "Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at Scales of 1:500 and Larger" and with best practice in mind too. Significantly, we always aim to establish the exact use or purpose of the survey thus defining and agreeing the specification with the client beforehand.
All surveys are conducted using the latest site survey equipment and processed with specialist software to produce 2D and 3D digital data along with a hard-copy presentation. Although kept in an AutoCAD environment, AIT Spatial can convert the survey data to a wide variety of formats such as ESRI, MapInfo, LandXML, Microstation DGN, GENIO and others.
AIT Spatial recognises the importance of 'Digitally Intelligent Data' by ensuring that the information prepared is structured by layer, symbols and objects thus making the data immediately useable by the client without the need for re-working.
