Description:

Eye-ANNOTATE can be used by highways engineers, building inspectors, field surveyors, in fact anyone requiring red-line facilities. Complete with user configurable colours, styles, fills and fonts Eye-ANNOTATE gives you the annotation power you need. Eye-ANNOTATE also provides point, line and polygon query facilities such as the area of an object or the length of a line or the coordinate of a point. The returned values can then be copied & pasted into other applications such as spreadsheets.
